Using goDough Mobile Banking

Download the app from either the Apple App Store or Google Play

  1. Search for Phenix-Girard
  2. Click on the Free button

  1. Enter you Apple ID password
  2. Press OK
  3. Wait for the Application to be Installed

The first time you run the app, you will see this welcome screen. Click on Home to continue

Home

Home is the initial screen for goDough and allows quick access to all application options. These options are

  • My Accounts
  • Transfer
  • Pay Bills
  • Alerts
  • Locations

Select Log Out to log out from the app. Select the question mark icon to access the Help screen.

If you need help, click on the ? at the bottom right of the screen

Accounts

Accounts lists all of the accounts associated with the user, including deposit, credit, and loan accounts.

  • Select an account to view specific transactions for that account.
  • Select a transaction to see details about that specific transaction.
  • Select Home to return to the Home screen. Select Log Out to log out from the app.

Transfer

Transfers allows you to transfer funds between accounts.

  1. Click on Transfer From to select the source account

Select Home to return to the Home screen. Select Log Out to log out from the app.

Click on Transfer To to select the destination account

Select the Transfer Amount to enter in the amount to be transferred

If you wish to select a date different than shown on the screen for your transfer, click on Transfer Date and enter in the new date.

You will then be presented with a confirmation screen,

Click Make Another Transfer to start the process again or click Home Screen

Alerts

Alerts lists the current alerts created by the user. You can create multiple alerts for events such as statement availability and high account balance.

Click on the alert to view details

Select Home to return to the Home screen. Select Log Out to log out from the app.

Locations

Locations allows you to search for branch and ATM locations on your device, either through a manual search based on Zip Code or City/State or through use of the device's GPS.

Select Home to return to the Home screen. Select Log Out to log out from the app.
