Online Banking
As of, Monday, January 28th, customers will login using existing NetTeller ID as this will not change. Once logged in, you will be prompted to input their security code. That code will be your existing user ID plus the last four digits of your social security number (Employee Identification Number for business accounts). For example, if your login (user) name is JDOE and the last four digits of your SSN or EIN are 1234, your new password is JDOE1234. You will then be prompted to select a new password followed by your security questions and answers, as well as, your personal greeting and image.
